We are now offering our biggest parts project yet to the public. Our re-imagined BBS E55 wheel based on the iconic wheel we all love.

We have gone through extensive FEA testing and prototyping to ensure these wheels not only function but are safe and fully serviceable and modular. 

Designed to be used for the BMW E30 non-M 4x100 wheel hubs or E30 M3 5x120 wheel hubs. These wheels and hubs utilize the factory 4×100 OR 5×120 bolt pattern for the drive pins PCD.

Designed by us and manufactured by our partners. Proven on our very own GW E30 on track and street. 

Features:

Faces - Billet 6061-T6

Hub adapter - Billet 7075-T6 with hard anodize II

Drive pins - 4140 steel with rolled threads and zinc plating

Center nut - Billet 7075-T6 with hard anodize II

Safety pins - Powder coated red

Big brake friendly! (designed around the AP CP7600 kit 285mm)

Reverse thread for right side (safety)

As a way to leave these fully customizable by the customer, we are offering these without halves and without coloring with the exception of the gold anodizing on the hub adapters and center nuts. This will help our small team get orders out fast without having to QC other companies work and lead times for finishes and wheel fitment. Wheel faces will come in raw aluminum tumbled - ready for paint or powder.

Wheel faces utilize BBS Motorsport 20 hole parts.

We are using SRR Hardware lips and barrels.

Please note:

You will need a 90mm socket and torque wrench capable of 450ftlbs to install!

Assembly instructions and safety tips will be provided with each order to ensure a proper and safe installation.

May be compatible with other 4×100 cars. However, these were specifically designed for the dimensions of the BMW E30 running gear.

SIZE GUIDE:

If you are installing on a stock body car without flares or widebody you will want to run a 1.5” front outer lip and a 2” rear outer lip. You can go wider than we did by using a deeper inner barrel on the fronts and rears.
